BY ROAD: Take the M5, Exit M5 at Junction 27 - take M5 link road - turn right A396 to Exebridge. At Exbridge cross road on your left is a "Pink House - The Old Toll House" and a "Petrol Station", turn left sign-posted Dulverton.
In the centre of Dulverton turn left at the post office (Exford Rd B3223) after 1 mile fork left and cross the Marsh Bridge (a narrow iron bridge over the river), climb steep hill. At top of hill, take 2nd turning on your left, our lane. Follow telegraph poles (half mile) to Higher Chilcott Farm, we are the first farm on your left.
